The human realm long ago was once infected with a disease, this disease cause people to go violent, it was like they weren't a person anymore. Later they found out it wasn't a disease, it was a fungus. This fungi infected everyone on earth, and if you died, got bit, or scratched, you were destined to turn into a monster. One day an establishment formed. It was safe, no infected inside the walls, a steady food source, and a safe water source. They began working on a vaccine. But as we all know, it didn't work. Luz Noceda, a 14 year old girl born in the apocalypse found an owl one day in the walls. It was a strange sight, so strange she felt compelled to follow it. Luz ended up in the Boiling Isles, it was free of this fungi, and she thought she was safe. Keyword; Thought.
This is the tale of how a group of survivors made it through the apocalypse on the Boiling Isles.
(Concept of the last of us zombies with a little twdg spice added in.)

A new student comes and joins the students of Hexside. Top student, Amity Blight, one day encounters them sleeping at her usual spot in the library. They follow the Blight around most of the time saying, "mind if I follow you around? I haven't talked to anyone but you yet." Gotta be an Owl Master - The Owl House Pokémon AU
Luz Noceda is a 14 year old girl who loves anything magical. So, when her mother gifts her a new game on her birthday called 'Pokémon: Harmony', you can guess that the latina was ecstatic. Though, when she goes to her room to start the game, something strange happens. The screen glows and... she's in the Pokémon world! The only way to get back home is to defeat the 9 gym leaders, but will our hero have what it takes? Find out as you watch her story unfold as she catches Pokémon, meet new friends and rivals, and makes everlasting friendships. (This AU will probably take awhile as I'm trying to make it feel exactly like an actual Pokémon series so I'm going in lots of detail lol. Hope you enjoy it though!) (Also, some details that should probably be known is that the region looks like a mix of Kanto and The Boiling Isles, there are 9 gyms because of there being 9 covens, and all types of Pokémon are able to be found in this region even though it's inspired off of Kanto. The Owl House: Tesoro
It was a frenzied period of transition for everyone in the Boiling Isles. Belos was dead, the Day of Unity crisis was averted, the covens fell into disarray and fought amongst themselves for control of the empire, despite the Titan having chosen a successor. The Isles were teeming with new life after the conflict, courtesy of the new Empress. Under her rule, magic was no longer restricted and witches were free to pursue any types they wished. Eight years after the fall of Belos, the Owl House disappeared, its inhabitants nowhere to be found, save two. Ten years since she first set foot in the Demon Realm, Luz Noceda has settled in the city of Caja Torácica and married her longtime girlfriend, Amity Blight. They moved into the apartment above Viney's veterinary clinic together and began a new chapter in their lives founding Noceda Bounty Hunting and General Services. They don't know what became of their surrogate family, but they won't give up their search for the Owl House. Luz and Amity Noceda had thought their adventuring days were behind them, but with new career opportunities, encounters with beings from another Titan, corporate espionage, a looming confrontation with the notorious Owl Lady, and the prospect of beginning a family, they might be in for their wildest years yet.

Ever since the Noceda children were little, they've always had problems. Luz was bullied as a child and even in her pre-teen years. The girl didn't know how to defend herself, so she had to rely on her older sister Lucia. People always thought the pair were weird and Lucia was not having it. One day their mother Camila showed them something. It was a place that no one had ever seen before. A place where Luz could be her usual self... a place called the 'Boiling Isles'. Lucia was pissed, she didn't want to go there but in order to keep her sister safe and grow up the way she wanted to... it was her only choice. The duo would be safe there. In a world of witches, titans, and demons, two humans were exploring the magical place. Little did the two sisters know... they would be in more of a struggle than they thought. This story is inspired by the song "For the First Time" by Mac Demarco.
