When Sonic and Shadow decide to go Sonadow on everyone, Eggman becomes jealous of the attention Sonic no longer has for battling Badnicks and mechs. With hopes to divert Sonic's interest away from having a boyfriend, Eggman hatches an impressively evil plan to get rid of Shadow. Before they could start their search on Chaos Emeralds and fight Mephiles again, the Master Emerald glows up and spoke to them. He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away.
