This story is a tale of friendship, family, and a love so strong that it almost destroys a country. This story is about Chloe, a young spitfire with a beautiful personality. Then she meets Cail, a handsome, reckless, prince who wants nothing to do with the throne placed before him. Unknown to Chloe she begins living at the same castle where her father is placed as a guard for the king who has been targeted by terrorists. While there, Chloe is given the chance to become a proper young woman at the side of the prince who unbeknownst to her, has fallen for her. Will Chloe's father be able to protect the people he originally failed, can Chloe convince Cail that he is strong enough to rule the country, or will their love make Cail decide to leave his home without an heir?
