The moment a horse and a person set foot into the dressage arena, they connect as if they are merged into one.
Perhaps dressage is poetry put into motion for all the world to see and enjoy.
The pair then dances away the arena, all eyes on them, with astonishing scores at the end of their tests.
The blood, sweat, tears. The fails. The successes. It is all worth it for the beautiful moment in which your horse and you become one with each other, no one else but you is there.

Teagan Howard goes to an all girls boarding school, Whitfield High School for Girls. That's not the best part though. The best part is that they have a horse riding programme. This year she is in her second last year (11th grade). This year there is a new girl in her class. The housemother wants Teagan to look after her since they both do horse riding but how will Teagan's old friends feel? ☁️ | wander through my thoughts. all my experiences, realizations, decisions, vibes...attempted to be placed into rhythmic tone as a summary of my life. I hope for this to become a place of comfort for anyone who needs it. Poetry is a beautiful way to put whatever's on one's mind into words, especially for someone like me who's not so great at expressing so upfront. I want this to a place where we can all find instances of clarity knowing we all think, feel, and experience the same, maybe not exactly the same but somewhat. Poetry is an art and I hope you all enjoy my displays. I will try to update daily. Thank you 😊Concluida
Yellowstone: Love and Cowboys
Some people are born to be on the back of a reining horse, Coralee Dutton for one. She's the youngest daughter of John Dutton's older brother Benjamin. John inherited the ranch because he was a rancher while his brother wasn't. There are no hard feelings, Benjamin is happy with his life and the brothers have a deep love for each other. Coralee has been showing horses since she was young and has gotten quite good. She started as a barrel racer and is now into reining horses. She is at the Yellowstone because John wants to buy her a top-quality horse to show, and he's asked Travis Wheatley to bring some to the ranch to show her. Beth Dutton has always hated Coralee. Coralee is younger and prettier and resembles the tragic Elsa Dutton. She hates Beth's drinking problem and tries to stay out of her way, drunk or sober. She believes Beth is unstable and that only makes it worse. Travis has had his eye on Coralee for a long time. He wants to go out with her, hell, he wants to sleep with her but she means more to him. He's a playboy and a rogue and he knows it, but maybe he could change his ways if she just gave him a chance. He's older and feeling the need to settle down and Coralee could make him change his ways. So, you can call this story "based on" Yellowstone if you like. Travis is a character in the story and since Rip and Kayce are basically taken, I used him. Also, there are a lot of Rip or Kayce stories here, I wanted to write something else. Readers: I know ranching, I know horses, I studied equine science. Our instructor used to hire us out to his friends to drive their cattle for them. I participated in a cattle drive celebrating the San Antonio trail. This made this story more fun to writeConcluida
Ally
Ally Johnsen was an ordinary horse loving 14 year old girl until the day came that would change her life, forever. After a big fall during a competition, Ally is blinded. She moves away to start a new life away from New York and big cities, in a new neighborhood in California. Ally is taken away from her best friends, her horse, and her old life. Moving isn't easy in the first place, meeting new people, going to a new school, and having a new house, but when your blind? It seems like the hardest thing ever, especially when you are only 14. Cole Weston is mad at the world. His father for leaving him and his mother when he only was six, his former friends for betraying him, and his step-dad and mother for dying in a car crash. But, when Cole meets Ally, he sees that everyone might not be bad and hope for her as well. Ace is an abused 4 year old horse, he has been through hell and back, until he finds himself free from his old life and in a new place. One day he sees Ally and, just like Cole, realizes that she is different. Will two "broken" souls be able to mend each other with the help of horses? or will it all come crumbling down?Concluida
