Hevinwork was an odd city. It was populated with a decent amount of citizens but the only catch was, no one could have entire memories of their days. Only a few bits and minutes of a day were recorded in their memory.
Despite the cumbersome flaw everyone in the city possessed, they've managed to have normal lives so far. But there was one person, that stuck out like a sore thumb among the people of Hevinwork, Stan Schneider. He was capable of remembering his entire day.
When a brutal murder takes place at a summer fair under the hot Hevinwork sun, Stan Schneider, proves to have a vital clue to the case.

The End of Summer
Summer Jacobs knew full well about her town’s tradition. Every year at the end of the summer, a party would be held on school grounds without the knowledge of the parents or the teachers. It had been happening since before Summer was born and never once was anyone the wiser. This year however, everyone was going to find out. Summer had planned a weekend of alcohol, bad decisions and horrendous photo’s which she would later un-tag herself from on Facebook. A whole weekend with her friends at the biggest party of the year, without any worries or parents telling her what to do. So how she ended up trapped in the school with a deranged psycho killing her classmates off one by one, she will never know. It wouldn’t have been as bad if she was trapped on her own. She would have been happier to face the lunatic solo rather than be trapped with a guy who kept using the life or death situation to make passes at her. His theory was being so close to death should definitely loosen her up, and by ‘loosen up’ he definitely meant ‘get naked.’ Along with his friends who between them had the IQ of a baby tree stump, an outcast who probably still had Spiderman bed sheets and the cheerleaders who were more worried about all the blood staining their new white jeans, they had to somehow make it out of there alive. I asked slowly, my stomach doing somersaults. Please tell me I'm jumping to the wrong conclusion. Pretty please. "Well," he started, a gleam in his eyes. "First, you grabbed the blanket and ripped it right off of me." I blinked at him, a horrified expression on my face. I slapped his hand away from my hair and turned around. Yup, there it was. Lying on the floor, along with my dignity. He continued solemnly. "And then, you climbed up on top of me." Could you die from your face overheating? I waited for my embarrassment to be complete as he tapped his chin, thoughtfully. "Yeah, that's about it." That's it? THAT'S IT? So I hadn't completely thrown myself at him. Just a tad. And the prize for the unluckiest luckiest horndog of the year goes to Lauren Can't Keep Her Hands To Herself Jules. I grabbed the pillow and smacked him over the head with it. Hard.مكتمِلة

He hissed as the alcohol touched his bleeding wound and he grabbed my hand. His touch ignited a flame and I knew that later I might have to treat myself for burns. "I'm sorry, did that hurt?" I asked, softly. I tried to calm my breathing as I did so, he was so close. The years that I spent staying away from his kind weren't paying off. "No," He retorted sarcastically, still holding onto my hand. "I hissed because I'm a snake. Of course that hurt, pumpkin." His comment awakened several buried memories, but I ignored them and continued to work on his wound. "Could you please let go of my hand now?" I muttered. He smirked and shook his head. "Do I scare you?" he asked, completely ignoring my question. Even though he did scare me, he scared me completely biscuit-less, I rose my head up and shook my light brown waves. "Absolutely, not." ************************ Gemma Reynolds is an an overworked nurse and probably one of the most innocent and pure people you will ever meet. Her life consists of a simple and constant routine, wake up early, workout, go to work, eat , sleep and listen to her mother criticize her about not having a boyfriend or husband. She has always been hidden in the shadows and even in high school she preferred to stay away from anyone living or breathing, especially Mr. Wyatt Evans. When Wyatt comes into the hospital battered, bruised and bleeding, one night, Gemma is to take care of him. Through several long nights at the hospital, dangerous hide outs and intricate explanations, Gemma figures out that there is more to life than her simple routine and maybe nursing the bad boy isn't as bad as it seems.مكتمِلة

For all obvious reasons to his story, Cato should be dead. By some miracle, he's not. Somehow surviving a brutal attack, he wakes up instead to the insistent beeping of hospital equipment, to be told he's the only suspect for the same murder case he was rescued from, found clutching the bloody weapon in one hand with absolutely no clue of how it got there and no evidence to point elsewhere.
