Its 2070 now , decades after the first monsters and first hunters appeared , but the thing is currently there are simply TOO MANY AWAKENERS ! So , to reduce the number of hunters , the Association of Awakeners made a hunter exam , and to pass in the hunter exam you need to attend an Academy that trains hunters ...
