Kelly and Nyana get sucked into the Matrix and are mysteriously transported to the world of Tron, where Users and Programs clash. They are to venture throughout this strange new world and find out how who's behind their being here.
While in the world of Tron, they meet an ISO by the name of Quorra and the creator of the world of Tron, Kevin Flynn. With their help, they'll be able to stop Clu and get back home safely. Will they defeat Clu or will he destroy all Programs?
