Measuring employee performance is important because it helps managers identify areas where employees need improvement. Managers also use data to determine whether their employees are meeting expectations.

There are several ways to measure employee performance. One way is to ask them directly. Another way is to observe their behavior. The third method is to collect data from various sources.
In this case, we used the first two methods. We asked our employees what they thought was working well at work. Then, we observed their interactions with each other and customers. Finally, we collected data from our customer service representatives.
The results were surprising. Our employees reported that they felt happier and more productive after implementing some changes. They said that they enjoyed spending more time with their families and friends. And they reported fewer conflicts between co-workers. 
What is Employee Performance?
The most common performance measurement tool used by employers is the 360 degree feedback survey. This type of assessment asks employees to rate their supervisors, peers, direct reports, and subordinates based on specific criteria. It is important to note that this type of evaluation is subjective and not always accurate.
