At the moment when I'm writing this you are 5 and Tom Riddle took you, but I'm hoping that somehow you will get this letter.
I know you probably don't know me but I'm your real father.
Sirius Black is the name.
I'm writing to you now in hopes that you can read this in the future.
Your godfather and godmother, James and Lily Potter are dead and everyone thinks it's my fault. Which it is.
I was there secret keeper. Means that I knew where they went into hiding at. But when your mother Marlene McKinnon got killed I gave that job over to Peter Pettigrew.
At the time I didn't know that he worked for the dark lord. He screwed us all over. I didn't tell anyone that I gave the job to Peter so when Tom Riddle Killed James and Lily it was my fault.
Then Peter went on a killing spree In a muggle town and killed 13 muggles. I got the blame for that too. I don't know how much time that I have until the aurors come to take me to Azkaban I just wanted to tell you that whatever happens, I'll always love you. Athena Black-McKinnon. The Weasley's are like family to me, whenever Moony has his furry problem once a month I would go over to the Weasley's Burrow. I love all of them dearly. Bill and Charlie are like my older brothers. The twins are like my annoying friends that are always with me. Rons really annoying but always brings me the best food if I don't feel the best. Ginny loves to steal my clothes but she's the best little sister anyway. I'm the same age as George and Fred. I can't wait to do Quidditch. Maybe I can join the team. I would love to beat Diggory at it. Cedric Diggory is like my best friend in the whole world. We met when I was 8 and had run away from home because I didn't want to go to the burrow. Well Cedric dragged me home and helped me to the burrow. After that we were nonstop owling.
