Decisions that could potentially doom or save humanity should most often be left up to the adults in charge. However, when the world's only reliant for the past three centuries has been the two magical companies that can heal any diseases and wounds, what happens when everything is left in the hands of two teenagers?

Navy and Azure have never been exactly 'promising.' Their fathers were blessed magical beings with amazing potential, so being the two sons of these dieties and with no magical promise at all, they've only been considered as failures in the eyes of their families. But when Azure's father dies, leaving the company in shambles, and Navy's father is spiraling after the loss of the people he loves, everyone is expecting them to be able to pick up the pieces. And so with the pressures of the entire world on their shoulders and with nothing they can do about the current situation, what other choice do they have but to run? Because even though they don't know it yet, the only way they can create beautiful things... is together.

Celestial London Chronicles #1 Long ago, the sun Xyliath, one of the ancient gods, fell in the first Blood War for peace. Her burning tears formed a flaming sword, which she gave to her son Aurelius. The sword had the power to destroy worlds and create new ones, but above all it possessed a power that no other god had. The ability to kill a god. No man, no hand and no weapon could cut through the skin of a celestial being and take out its heart. The Sword of Xyliath was the only exception. For centuries, the sword was protected by the sun god Aurelius, until it was stolen. The sun god, who has long rivalled the moon god, blames the latter for this and sends his grandson Silthos, the god of love and desire, to capture him. The young god receives support from the most feared deity of all - Aristaeus, the god of blood and war. This unusual partnership is intended to save the world from a possible new assassin of the gods. But the collaboration proves to be more difficult than expected. Silthos' usual charm doesn't seem to attract the god of blood and war, and Aristaeus' penchant for blood and torture even gives Silthos the creeps. Two men - a psycho and an unkissed man who embodies lust and desire. Can they save the world from the power of the sword? Who can they trust and, most importantly, can they trust each other? "Listen, I've got a proposition for you," Azure's firm voice flew across the soft wind of the graveyard, "something mutually beneficial." Elliot stepped back slightly, "I doubt that." Azure stepped closer and the street light flickered; he then whispered, it was soft, like the fall of dead leaves, "I can help you keep your scholarship. Don't you want to keep your dream a reality?" Elliot narrowed his eyes, "Did you do a background check on me?" "That doesn't answer my question." "And that didn't answer mine." (Abridged) -/- Life had never been fair to Elliot. After barely managing to scrape by, he somehow made it to his junior year at Central Haven, one of the most prestigious preparatory high schools in the country. He was prepared for another two tiresome years of high school, but the future has other plans for him. The start of the school year brings with it the infamous Central Haven Merit Project. Unfortunately, it's done in pairs this year. Even worse, he's stuck with Azure, notorious for his flippant demeanor. His living situation gets worse and his scholarship is at risk. Azure notices Elliot's struggles and the two make a deal. Surely Azure's up to something, but what? Regardless, Elliot isn't in a position to refuse. ...Perhaps they'll find and lose Liberation. -/- If you're unsure about this reading this story, I hope you'll at least stick around to chapter 7 when the story begins ramping up. This story is a slow burn, enemies to friends to lovers. Please do not take this story at surface value as there is a lot of subtext. Be aware: the story can be extremely subtle. The story delves into various topics with social commentary so if you want a nuanced modern romance story, I highly suggest you give this story a try. Elliot is a strong protagonist, just less traditional. Updates will come on Fridays at 4 p.m. (PST) with most months having at least one update. The ending is planned so the story won't be incomplete.
