Decisions that could potentially doom or save humanity should most often be left up to the adults in charge. Navy and Azure have never been exactly 'promising.' Their fathers were blessed magical beings with amazing potential, so being the two sons of these dieties and with no magical promise at all, they've only been considered as failures in the eyes of their families.
