Maeve, a drop-dead-gorgeous police detective has joined the task force of the Portland PD. She's going to be working alongside the detectives Burkhardt and Griffin which puts her in close proximity with their captain, Sean Renard. This is exactly what she wanted. Her colleagues expect her loyalties to lie within the police force, but Maeve knows better. They lie elsewhere and her colleagues, especially Renard, can't find out. She finds herself in a situation where she is questioning her loyalty and has to make tough decisions to either save her own skin, or someone else's who just happened to have grown on her. Bad Cop

Mark and Jack meet in a bar. They have a connection almost instantly and talk all night. Mark is very proud of his job as a police officer. But Jack on the other hand doesn't say anything about his job. Ofcourse you're not going to say that you're a criminal to a cop, that's just asking for trouble. A couple weeks later, one of Jacks robberies goes wrong and he gets caught. He's not afraid of going to jail, he just doesn't want to see Mark. But the first thing he hears, once he enters the room where he's going to be questioned is; "Jack? What in God's name are you doing here?!" ~Highest rank in Fanfiction: #313 - 28-1-2017~
