Remember the episode of the 87 tmnt when Mikey accidentally turned the other turned the other turtles into 5 year old or that episode when shredder made those pizza and turned Leonardo and Michelangelo into 5 year old,  this take place when Leonardo, Raphael, and Michaelango turned into 5 years olds again, will Donatello find a cure to turn his brothers back into 18 year old again with the help of splinter and April well they find a way to turn them back or they be doom.

A new enemy threatens the peace of New York after a battle which was too intense leaving not only Leonardo fataly injured but bringing about news of two secret brothers living amongst the walls of the city. This enemy wants to rid of the brothers and seek out the golden throne that possesses a powerful magic which will help them take over the world. While the turtles try to work out who the brothers are, two of them experience strange visions which links to what is being spoken about. Soon they realise who the brothers are and why they are being hunted down. Together the rest of the allies and the turtles find out the truths to who they are and how they can stop what is coming for them all.
