Love and Life of Yesteryear

An old man rides a three-wheeled bicycle with a wooden bike cart attached every day through the cemetery to dig, mind the grounds, clean graffiti, replace the stones, dig some more, comfort a grieving friend, and replace the flowers at a deceased young woman's grave. It's been forty years since her passing, but what made her special enough to tend to for so much time?
