Sam and Luke are the twin children of Lock and Shock (also known as Boogie's Boys). 

Sam takes after their mother, while Luke takes after their father. The two wreak havoc on the Isle together, sporting their parents famous masks.  

When the twins are asked to kidnap the king they immediately except the mission, and continue to balance on the line that separates good and evil.
