The Scout Regiment, also called the death squad, was formed by the United Nations back in the 1960's to deal with extreme, dirty, and top secret activities to prevent the causes of the nations to fight with one another, to prevent the feared World War III. Only the leaders of the UN and other important people know of the Scout Regiment, like their activities and assignments, they are hidden like top secrets too.

Though, as we all know from the start, no secret are to be hidden for eternity. And this new, modern year... is the start of their revelation.
