Being on the level of Izumi's shoulder is a struggle for him. The both struggle on knowing how each other feel, especially the innocent Izumi who is gravely confused on why does Sei act that way in him. Being kissed, hug, touched by Sei as still an mystery for him. Cause it's definitely not normal for both men. On top of that, Sei is two years younger than him and only a third year highschool.
