Two years prior, you had just graduated highschool, a bright future ahead of you. You never knew that in 1979, your world would change so suddenly. Your life was normal before. You had just gotten a new job and moved out from your parents, your life was starting to form. That, of course, was before you met him. Before your little world and perspective was shifted so greatly, that you never knew how you would recover.
Heads up! :
This definitely does turn away from the original plot of Stranger Things, many points and ideas will not align with the original plot. However, it still has spoilers for season 4. For this story, you are 20 and 001 is 23, so please keep that in mind!! I will try to keep y/n as gender neutral as possible, but many of the moments will gravitate towards the feminine side!
