Ecstasy

the pain fled through my body like vipers attacking at my veins. i couldn't take it any longer, the sudden tingling on my shoulder sending shock waves through my, already too-pale, skin. my head jolted upwards towards the form that had come in contact with my skin.

"Nina."

the single, muffled, and heavy tone split through my ears, my body.. my mind. the one word that changed my life forever, and it was my own name.

"Isaac.."

the last word that slipped off my lips before the chemicals burned in my bloodstream, my mind slipping into a dark state as i felt hands place on my sides, and the rest was a blur.
