Taking place shortly after the events of it's prequel; My Old Hero, Izuku and Katsuki agree that they want to create a family together. 

Of course this involves a lot of trial and error and even when they do start to become new parents, it doesn't seem that everything's as easy as they say. The public actually wonders if this couple will stay a couple after having kids since it seems they've been arguing a lot recently, and that's not the only issue. 

What's the main issue? Will Izuku's distant relatives from her cousin's side approve of her marriage to the Number 1 hero; Dynamite, as well as having 3 kids with him and get through the hardships together?

Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone.
