"You need me," He growled, his hot breath close to her ear. Chills went down her spine, but a heat settled low in her stomach. "You hate me, but if you want to catch this son of a bitch, you need me."

She pushed against his chest, "Stop--"

"You know he's after you."

She raised her head and met his eyes defiantly, "So let him come after me. If I die, he'll be the most wanted man in the country."

A growl echoed throughout the empty hallway. She felt her body fall backwards until her back was against the wall and her front pressed flush against the fabric of his suit. Warmth flooded her cheeks. Her breath hitched as he held her chin and forced her to meet his stormy blue eyes.

"Stop being a pain in the ass and say you need me."

"Aiden--"

"Say it. So I can kill him first."
