17 year old Cara Reed is your typical high schooler. Popular, a cheerleader, trouble maker and has many secrets. She tends to be a little slutty as any other teenage girl.

Cara's father receives a new job promotion which leads the precious Reed family to move across the country to a small quaint town in Oregon. There, Cara becomes the typical high school outcast. She tries to become the schools Queen B by night but fails miserably and is left behind in the shadows of her self-pity.

While Cara tries to find her place in this strange town, she comes across a boy who is even more mysterious than anyone else. He has secrets himself and Cara's curious to know. She finds herself learning more about him. Even becoming obsessed with him. He's all that she can find herself to ever think about.

What will happen to Cara and this mystery boy? Will she fall for him? Will he fall for her? Or will somebody get hurt because of the meaning less decisions Cara makes?
