For the people who watched this series of Voltron, this takes place 3 years after allura's "death" btw.
With Zarkon, Hagar and Lotor gone from the galaxy, peace has returned to many peoples (and aliens) lives, but when an ancient threat, after years of sleep, returns, The witch queen: The queen of the Hive (I think) tends to take the galaxy for herself then move beyond to more galaxies, universes and realities (Hagar style ya know?) with her army of hive. But when there is evil, a hreo will arise, or heroes will arise in this case, these heroes deemed Guardians will defeat this evil and restore balance to the galaxy, or will they lose. Find out here.

When the Stars Aligned
After the war ended and peace was brought to all the universe. It had been years since the end of a war filled past and now it was time for everyone to finally move on all except for one paladin who still clung to his past. Lance had been spreading the legacy Allura left behind when she passed and never had a day passed where he didn't miss her, but a dream reveals he needs to move on and live his life. Keith and Lance had been friends most of their lives. When Keith came out to Lance as gay, Lance had run a mile and their friendship ended. A years later Lance realised he was attracted to both boys and girls, but he only told his two friends Hunk and Pidge because his girlfriend, Allura, is anti-gay. They are all now halfway through their second year at college and Lance finds he can't stand Allura anymore. She is nasty and self-absorbed. To make matters worse, he finds himself in all the same classes as Keith, except one. Lance wants his friend back as more than just a friend. On the day he dumps Allura, the unexpected happens. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the back story of some characters. Hunk wanted to become a great cook, but because of the galra's reign his dream was crushed. His family is captured by the galra and he lives with his uncle and was found by allura for his mastery in mechanics and culinary. Allura Is a princess before zarkon attacked and took over her kingdom, for 1 year she's been storing her magic to defeat zarkon and haggar in one attack, she gathered four paladins and only needs the blue paladin, once she has found all 5 paladins, she and the five paladins must search for the five lions of voltron. Coran is a master healer and has assisted allura on her mission to overthrow zarkon in order to once again reclaim her crown and rebuild the kingdom they once lost.Complete

In a world, a long, long time ago, lived a crystal. The lands flourished and bloomed until the crystal cracked, the shard lost to time. There came two races with the crystal cracked, the Skeksis and the Mystics. With both races dying, only one could save them. His name was Keith, the last known living Gelfling. He was the chosen one. And he has no clue. NOTE: This takes place in the Dark Crystal universe but still has my own twists to it. I'm basing this story solely off the movie and my own imagination. A few tidbits of knowledge that would make this story make a lil more since are: -This one-shot is only based off the movie, not the comics nor the upcoming (as of 2019) show. -All of the species named here (Gelfling, Skeksis, Mystics, Podlings) are all more humanoid than what is canon in the Dark Crystal movie but you can still image them as you wish. -The Skeksis are the Galra. (The Mystics AREN'T the Alteans though.) Image the Skeksis as more Galra-like or more Skeksis-like, do what fits your imagination.
