When Kate finds out that her best friend, Justin, is developing feelings for another girl, Emily, she immediately seeks the help of his teammate, Chase--who happens to be Emily's best friend.

The plan is to keep the two apart, preventing them from developing feelings. As Chase became tired of Kate's plan and called it a bull, he was forced to take action.

Chase's plan is simple, to teach Kate to get out of her shell, and pretend to focus her attention on someone else--him. And most importantly, to teach her the things best friends don't normally do.

"In order to get out of the friendzone, you should start doing things friends don't do."

"Like what?"

"Have you ever been kissed?"

***COMPLETED*** When we both caught our breath, he pulled me down and kissed me. He let go of my wrist and wrapped his arms around my waist. He opened his mouth and I did the same. All of a sudden, he rolled over and pinned me beneath him. I wrapped my arms around his neck. I felt one of his hands at my waist start to move under my shirt. I kissed him harder giving him permission to keep going. I wasn't thinking at all by this point. Just feeling. I wanted him to touch me everywhere. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Emily was used to playing it safe. Could a chance encounter with the wrong kind of guy change everything? Would it lead to love or heartbreak? And would she be able to let go of the unrequited feelings she had for the the boy who only thought of her as a friend.
