You never knew what side of him you were going to get each day, and all Riley was laced with

She was a run away writer, in the sense that she had nothing but a new city and her thoughts to put on paper. Writing was her way of figuring things out. She tried to be strong.
He was lost in the sense that he didn't know the person that he had become. He didn't know how to feel about her. All he knew was that they were bad for each other, he just couldn't get himself to stay away.
