Maddie Smith (played by kaya scoldario) is 14 when she loses her best friend to suicide and then it all goes down hill from there. Her life is no dream world. Her dad is a physco and is taken away for murdering his wife. Maddie is also a well known patient in the hospital for reoccurring suicide attempts and a few other reasons. One day she gets a message from a boy from her school and they get involved. can he save her from herself.
