Screams. That's all he could hear. The city, usually bustling with the noises of vehicles and laughter was now eerie as the sounds of terror filled the streets. He stared down at the panic, people sprinting away from the things that acted like... zombies.

Renata wants nothing more than to pay her bills through her mildly boring office job and figure out whether she is still in love with her best friend. The outbreak at Pax was lethal. Within hours the entire western seaboard was overtaken. Within a week; the world. With no cure and no hope. All that there was left to do was simply survive.
