Leo is the twin brother of the all- serious Sky Tate who wants to be the red ranger like their father. They may be brothers but they have very different personalities one loves to chat and hang out with friends the other has a stick up his ass. 
When Commander Cruger gives Z and Jack a second chance as the red and yellow SPD rangers when hearing the news Sky was not openly happy about the news but Leo, on the other hand, Leo welcomes them with open arms, especially for a certain yellow brunette.

There will be some changes to the story and some of the characters will be acting differently from the original show to fit Leo into the story.

He called for his friends to help him but they weren't there and when he deals with unexpected tragedy, he goes on a journey that will change his life. (This is a crossover between Power Rangers and Marvel, because there are movies that inspire some parts of the story. He became a Power Ranger, only he was revealed to be the Green Ranger as he now stood in the chamber with his restraints off and in the Green Ranger uniform. After finding a way to escape capture, Y/n decided to go to the only person he knew who could help with this predicament, Tommy Oliver which made sense at the time seeing as he was the Green Ranger once upon a time. Tommy brings Y/n to the Command Center hoping that Zordon would be able to shed some light on this, but the guardian of the Power Rangers knew nothing of what was going on as Alpha didn't either, but the other Rangers figured the green candle was burnt out never to let the Green Ranger's power reveal itself again.
