"Do you know the difference between obedience, compliance, and conformity pet?" The young girl on her knees looks down and shakes her head, her own dis-knowledge on the topic disappointing herself.

The lady of the castle simply smiles and raises the girl's head. "Conformity is altering your behavior just to fit in..." She gently strokes the servant's cheek with a single thumb, sending a shiver of absolute pleasure up the girl's spine.

"Compliance is changing your behavior at the command of another..." The lady snaps her fingers and points down, the girl's head immediately flips to the floor as a faint blush blooms across her cheeks, hot in embarrassment.

"...And obedience my lady?" The lady laughs ever so gently, the whisper of a grin on her face.
"You, my adorable pet, are obedience."
