All Edd could ever want in life was to make his parents proud. After the unfortunate passing of his mother and discouraging words from his father, he strives to achieve this goal more than ever. After meeting two runaway monsters - Matt, a vampire, and Tom, a demon - in the middle of the woods and interviewing them, he believes that he's finally achieved what he's been longing for. He soon builds a closer bond with these monsters and sees them more as friends than stepping stones to please his parents.

Tom meets a boy named Tord and they become friends. Soon after Tord has to leave the island but not before his father, Paul, kills Tom's mother. A few weeks Tom meets another boy whose name is Edd. Both Tom and Edd flee to another island and meet yet another boy, Matt. A few more weeks go by and they're taken to a foreign monster hunting facility. There Tom meets Tord once more. The four go to an orphanage. Tord is taken back home by Paul and Patryck, Both Edd and Matt are adopted, and Tom goes back to his old home. 15 years later they all meet up again.. but you'll have to read to find out what happens!Complete
