Octavia has a talent for art. She could draw anything,anywhere,and out of anything. And it would always be beautiful. It can bring a smile to anyone;and most importantly,to herself. She could easily become rich off of it, gain fame- she wouldn't have to live in a dusty old apartment in a somewhat ghetto neighborhood.

Then why does she never speak of it? Never touches a paintbrush. Never give the slightest indication she would have this amazing talent. What would stop an artist from ever picking up a paintbrush again?

Enter Angelique. Sam,her nosy,annoying next door neighbor. His party gang. And his cat,Roxanne. All together on one mission:
