Don't let the title scare you.
For this story, I will be putting myself in the shoes of a teacher at UA (not necessarily Aizawa), and going over each student in Class 1-A, and they're likelihood of being expelled based on various criteria, most of which is case by case basis. I will give a brief overview of the students' pros and cons that would most likely bring me to my decision on whether or not to expel. I will then give a rating of most likely (10) to expel to least likely (1) to expel. The last bit will be approximately when/why (anime only) I would most likely expel said student.
Some will probably be shorter than others.
Students will be listed alphabetically by last name.

Let us follow the story of one Izuku Midoriya who was born several years earlier than cannon as he goes on his journey of being Japan's first Quirkless Pro Hero! In this story, Izuku Midoriya was not in the same classroom as Bakugo Katsuki due to the age gap which results in Izuku not being bullied as harshly but still receiving a large amount of discrimination.
