Hanahaki Diease, a diease where one with unrequited love grows a flower like plant inside of their lungs. The Japanese flower will continue to grow till the person cannot breath and dies. If the other person returns their feelings, the flower will die out. Another way you can get the flower removed is through surgery but you can't never love again.
