Bianca Flores did not envision a crazy high school life for herself when she was 7 and diagnosed with Cancer, but a survivor at 17 - she got it anyway. At the Mallory And John Thompson Institute of Fine Learning she got in with a 78% scholarship - Cancer Perk. It housed rumors, parties, scandals, traditions, but more than anything - secrets! Everyone who went here hid something or the other. It was like a masquerade and nobody ever told it all. The bitches, the jocks, the nerds, the recluses and the rebels all seemed to blur into one another. As Bianca was making her way through her first year with Tracy, Josh, Alexis and Nate, she began realizing just how much secrets could complicate things. What was she supposed to do when things got confusing between her and Nate? How were they supposed to fix anything without telling it all? Dark pasts and shady fronts were easy to maneuver around as long as they were just friends and when they just started dating, but given a little time it was all they could do not to hate each other. But how dark could these secrets even be, it's not like anything could get too bad - after all they were just kids. Right? Greek Mythology, cooking, parties, Astrophysics and first dates bring them closer, but all they need is secrets to break all they've got down to nothing. Mallory's was, suffice to say, the playground of the rich. Here nothing is ever easy or simple. (This is my first story and I'm not too good with descriptions. This isn't a TFIOS rip-off, I promise. It's way better than this description makes it out to be and basically I'm looking out for some constructive criticism. Also, I don't plan on doing any Author's notes and stuff in case anybody expects that. Okay, that's all then. Thanks!)
