The Human (A Witcher Fanfic)

Velen is a harsh, nearly uninhabitable swamp full of hardships and nightmare-ish monsters of all shapes and sizes and this is the story of Ambra, a town deep in those swamps of Velen that becomes stricken in misfortune, a formidable beast whose very presence is a danger to the village without ever needing to step foot in it. They're in need of a monster slayer, a Witcher and after gathering up the coin the villagers look toward a young girl, a girl named Vesless, to travel to the neighboring town a long ways away to find one. She's as shy as she is reserved but with a frail mother to think of she slowly finds bits of strength to go on a journey to save her village, her mother and herself. But will she find enough strength to make it?
