Eleutheromania, or eleutherophilia is "a mania or frantic zeal for freedom". A mad zeal or irresistible craving for liberty.
Being different in such a closed minded town rapidly becomes too much, running away seems better than actually dealing with your problems.
But the butterflies having a big rave party in his stomach can't be ignored forever, can they?
or; Sapnap and Karl go on a "road trip" away from home to fill out their thirst for liberty and run away from any problems that they should probably maturely deal with. The main problem ends up being themselves.
