When calls start to rise in LA, the only option is to add more first responders... Every station in LA is required to increase their number of responders, enter Samantha and Katherine Knox, sisters and the newest members of the 118.

While one fits right in, the other is still struggling to overcome pain from her past. Will their addition ruin the dynamic of the 118 for good? Will it be even better? Or will it never be the same? Will past pain lead to a new flame?

Where the Wild Red Roses Grow [Evan Buckley]

15 parts Ongoing

"My last breath will be your name, Emma." Buck breathed, before gently placing his lips on hers. On the surface, Emma Riley is a typical 32 year old workaholic. She is a medical doctor at Kindred Hospital in L.A. However, Emma works so much to keep the memory of what happened to her buried deep inside. She does not let her mind wonder to the patch of mountain where the wild red roses grow. The day started like any other Wednesday. That is until she runs into a handsome fire fighter crunched over in a quiet hall. Evan Buckley was there for his friend, Eddie. Eddie had been shot while on a call. Over the next few weeks, Emma and Buck bond. After Eddie's release, Buck can't shake the memory of Emma. Emma also felt a connection with Buck. However, in order to move on with her life, she must face the memories and reality of what happened to her.
