Forgotten

- Summary -
Jay was 13 when his father died, and all he had was his sister and his abusive mother. One day, Jay couldn't stand the forest - where he lived all his life - anymore. He leaves home, and spend nights in different environments. After quite some time alone, a blizzard hits him, forcing him to find shelter in an ice cave. Little did Jay know, he was in a tribe's home. Luckily, they were nice to Jay, and even taught him how to fend for himself.
While Jay was hunting, he met a wandering trader named Cyclone, who gave Jay a 'special' staff in turn for the food Jay offered him.
After two years of joining the tribe, Jay finds out that he has Animus Magic. Little by little, Jay learns how to channel the magic, at the risk of its downsides. But soon, he got corrupted by the staff the trader had given him. He enchanted the staff to do his bidding, and killed all of the people in his tribe and raided the camps they had. Pretty soon, he's known by many people, including Danny and Shift. Jay managed to find his way to a neighbourhood, where he first met Danny and Shift, and someone Jay found looked familiar.
Jay was then taken away by 'Figure', and is brought to a strange, dark, and empty void. There, he was selected to be the wielder of 4 forgotten crystals, each with their own unique ability. Then, he was sent off in search of them.
