A short story inspired by the song Glimpse of Us by Joji.
"I gave myself a gentle smile. "How long has it been?" I asked myself.
8 years to be exact... 8 years since then.
8 years can bring a lot of change. 8 years ago I would've never thought of being a CFO at age 28, but here I am. But, some things don't change as well, because after 8 years I still feel stuck to where I was when I was 20.
I am in the middle of change and of standstill."
