Techno X Dream X Sapnap ( A DreamNapBlade Story )

Dream and sapnap go to vidcon but Dream and techno randomly go missing. Sapnap later finds them both in the bathroom, after vidcon was over techno ask Dream if he wants to come over for a little. Dream reluctantly goes with Techno. Later sapnap called Dream who sounds like he was in pain or something. Now why were Dream and techno in the bathroom together and why did Dream sound like he was in pain?
