17 year old Arabella White had a not-so-perfect life. She never got to go out other than school, and going to get groceries. It was the only time she could be to herself. She takes care of her little brother Avery because her father is too busy plotting when to beat her next. Her father beats her and her mother, an alcoholic, left them when she was 9. Arabella's life takes a mysterious turn when a new guy comes to her school. She feels attracted to him, but she can't figure out why.
