Kami and Liam's parents have been best friends since college, and every summer, the Payne family would go to their summer home in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware, to escape England's cold climate. The result being Kami and Liam's unbreakable bond. But this summer, the summer they're 15, Liam starts to see his best friend in a different way. And so, the two embark on a summer romance. When Liam goes away to pursue music and a certian Danielle Peazer, will their friendship remain? Or will their lust and love provent that from happening.
