OK so she's kinda lyk half wolf half pheonix.she can get another persons quirk permanently by looking at them use it( the person will still have their quirk) she can also sprout wings and change eye colour accourding  to the quirk she use 

note: some of my ideas are from good books I read here oh and this is my first book I've ever rote so plz don't hate me if its bad lol😂
