When Thomas gathered up the courage to propose to his girlfriend, it felt to him like he got everything he ever wanted in life. She said yes, they got married, had a child, and everything went on like a dream. However, as time passed by, Thomas couldn't help but notice a change in his wife's behavior and personality. She seemed more distant and cold towards both him and their child. She would get angry at them just for interacting with her when she was stressed or under pressure. The family reached a breaking point where the wife began to become violent; she would spank, beat, and even throw wine bottles at the child. When Thomas find out about this, he was furious and heartbroken.
