Y/N had found out that Billy and Stu were the killers after they killed Maureen Prescott. She never told anyone because she didn't want to lose the trust that Billy and Stu gave her. Plus, she couldn't lose the only people that had always been there for her. It's not like their dad cared about them anymore and their mom had left. She had a lot to lose if she spoke even a word about Billy and Stu being the killers.
