Being a sea deity wasn't as great as people made it to be, it was lonely and mostly boring. Why was he even a siren? He can't remember, can't remember when he was still a human. Doesn't know how to feel like one, does he even have a heart? 
Maybe he could learn by raising a human child. 

*cringe*, Okay, I'm really bad at summaries. This is my take on Luffy raising Ace and Sabo, and maybe Law cause why not. Just a warning because I don't know how to tag it.

The transformation doesn't count as a Superpower, more like, Normal Powers since birth. Like, how some humans are born with 6 fingers instead of 5 on a hand.
