An original fanfiction set in the world created by author J.K Rowling, inhabited by the
famous Harry Potter and his friends. Seventeen years after the battle of Hogwarts, the school of witchcraft and wizardry seems to be back to normal, if quidditch matches and trolls interrupting your history lesson, being taught by a ghost is normal. Harry Potter and his friends continue to be household names in the wizarding world, their adventures now being taught at N.E.W.T level and their children joining the next generation of Hogwarts students.There is however a host of wizards and witches
who's stories were never told. And so a family drama unravels played out on a backdrop of charms, curses, flying broomsticks, some new faces and a few old.
Viola Carter is about to start her first year at Hogwarts, just like many other budding witches and
wizards her age she feels she has a step up compared to her fellow muggle born students. She will soon find out that is not the case, thrown into a world she thought she knew she slowly realises that her transfiguration homework is the least of her worries. Will she be able to pass her end of year exams with all the extracurricular she and her new friends get up to or will her family secrets reveal to be more problematic than the creatures that roam the forbidden forest?

She barely knew who her parents were, since she lived in an orphanage, but she knew she missed them. She could remember the love they showed her, even if it was a conventional way of showing love. She wanted to find them as soon as she was given the chance, but now the slim chances she had were getting taken from her. She hoped to find them eventually, or hoped they'd find her.
