this story is based of the movie "The Kings of Summer" so if you have seen the movie then you should have an idea of how this book is going to go. 

Jessie Johnson, a 16 year old girl who lives with her drunk mother. one day, one of her friends decides that and she her friends should run away and live in the woods. she thinks it's a crazy idea but really wants to get away from her mom. let's see what happens during her crazy summer! will there be love? will there be broken friendships? new friends? you will have to read to find out!!
