The Emerson family is the richest family on Kildare County. The island is divided by the kook's and pouge's or "figure 8" and "The cut" but none of that mattered to Dante and Isabella because their daughters Mackenzie's best friends were pouges and lived on the cut. Mackenzie and JJ met in 4th grade when Mackenzie and her dad went to visit JJ's dad because my dad was his lawyer and we bonded on that day. And 8 years later were still best friends and have a few more.
