Mate Hunt

Kam (short for kameim) is an omega (of course he is) it's a rare title that patronizes those who receive it at birth, ones only 'perk' being an uncanny ability to give birth better than most (even the dudes); that's all it has to offer though which is why it's compared to be lesser next to betas and alphas.

The betas, which make-up 66.7% the were-wolf population, though thought my many average are anything but, they can run though an entire forest with ease, can lift almost twice there body strength, and are great hunters. (not your average human but probably your average were-wolf)

There's also alphas which is the most renown rank, they're the ones put in charge, they have Superior intellect, well built bodies, and basically heightened skills in almost everything. But they only make about 22% of the population.

With every two years all the pack in the closest states get together, to hold the MATE HUNT where were-wolfs that have reached their 18 birthday have the chance to meet their destined mate and start a new chapter in their lives. It lasts about a week or a couple days more depending on the number wolves that join. (So more like 1 1/2 weeks considering it only takes place every TWO years)

but of course Kam doesn't want to go and is perfectly fine with where he is in his life.
